Women, including mothers of enrolled children from the community are employed to prepare wholesome, nutritional and affordable meals to the community. A filtration plant has been set up to provide clean drinking water. The hub not only provides food to children and families but the children are also taught to give food and water to pets, strays, birds and plants. On a daily basis breakfast, milk, lunch and snacks are provided to children students and the community. The staff supervises to introduce healthy eating habits. Cooking classes are conducted to equip students to cook both for household consumption and to enter food and beverage industry. In future marketing skills will also be taught. Community members can cook food items here to sell on food carts generating income. Also, a subsidized ration depot provides free or subsidized rations to surveyed families.
Vision
