A learning space to inculcate the habit of reading, research, critical thinking and creativity in the enrolled students of the Communal Hub academic programme and also to the community. It serves both as a school and public library. The library to provide access to E library and create an environment for co-existence of digital and print mediums. The Library provides an opportunity for individual study as well as group work space. Periodically talks, webinars and public awareness drives are held that are free for the community to attend. LCC also functions as a center of communication and information. Information dissemination is an integral function of LCC. Assistance is offered for knowledge and access to government programmes and facilities
